SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping
All in stock items ordered will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All orders placed Monday-Friday by 2pm will be shipped the same or next day. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided once your order has shipped. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. ***Delivery options are available for customers located within a specific radius of Upscale Smokes, Inc. shipping address. This option will be made available upon checkout if it applies.
Back Ordered Items
Items that are back ordered will ship as soon as we receive them at no additional costs. If there are delays for back ordered items, we will contact you to either replace the item with a different item or cancel the order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by selection at checkout. Free shipping is offered for order purchases $200.00 or more and/or for special promotions.

Damages
Upscale Smokes, Inc. is not liable for any damaged, loss or stolen shipped items. If the item was damaged while in the carrier possession, please contact them to file a claim. Ensure that you keep all of the packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim. (UPS will ensure all shipments up to $100.00)

All postal carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19. Therefore, Upscale Smokes, Inc. can not guarantee delivery dates.

State Taxes
All sales taxes will be assessed as required. If you are purchasing in IL and additional 18% tax will be added to your tobacco purchase. This amount will cover your 36% excise tax requirement. In all other states, the purchaser agrees that they have the legal right to purchase the items that they purchase from Upscale Smokes, Inc. The purchaser in any other state or location outside of IL is responsible for any taxes, fees, levies, and tobacco/cigar type restrictions that are assessed and/or applied by any government or entity. Upscale Smokes Inc. is not liable or responsible for any seized or lost products.
***Illinois Purchase Excise Tax is incorporated in the tax at checkout.
State Restrictions
South Dakota/Utah:
We do not ship any products to South Dakota or Utah addresses, due to their state regulations.
RETURN POLICY
Cigars
All of our cigars are properly stored and maintained at the appropriate humidification. We ship quality and therefore we accept no returns on any of our our tobacco products.

Eligible items must be in the original packaging of purchase, unused, and in the same condition it was shipped, along with a proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. To process your return you must email us at returns@upscalesmokes.com providing photos of the items in the same condition that it was shipped. We will review the request and notify you of the return procedure. Once the item is received and reviewed as being in original condition a refund will be processed. Any items not in its original shipping condition for reasons not due to reasons not due to error by Upscale Smokes, Inc., will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error by Upscale Smokes, Inc.

Vector-No Proof Warranty
All Vector lighters are backed up by Vector-KGM’s Famous No Proof Warranty. No Proof Warranty means just that. You are not required to provide a proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service on any malfunctioning Vector lighters. It’s a hassle free, no questions asked, warranty service program. It’s Vector-KGM’s unique way of offering a five year warranty service commitment to its customers. Customers Can Send Back Directly to Vector-KGM to receive service on the malfunctioning lighters. Hassel free. Contact returns@upscalesmokes.com and you will be provided with a Self-Addressed Padded Envelopes provided to you to return the lighter back to Vector-KGM. Instruction on how to send the lighters back for service can be found in No Proof Warranty Booklet, which is included with every lighter.
